With a strong emphasis on both education and therapy, Logan River Academy features a structured, therapeutic living environment, a fully accredited high quality education program, and a full range of group, individual, family and chemical dependency counseling.
All therapists, teachers, and counselors working at the Academy are highly skilled, dedicated professionals. The clinical staff includes psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical social workers, marriage & family therapists, mental health counselors, advanced practice nurse practitioners, and nurses. Our campus boasts a beautiful education building and large comfortable dormitories. The education building has 11 full-size classrooms, a computer class with a computer at every workstation, a library, and a full-size gymnasium & fitness center. The dormitory building has large, comfortable bedrooms, multiple common areas, laundry facilities, and a large dining room. Students also enjoy a large outdoor recreation field, a sand volleyball court, a pond, and an outdoor basketball court.
Students are accepted to Logan River Academy from a variety of sources. Referrals come from educational consultants, private practitioners, treatment programs, school counselors, employee assistance programs, managed healthcare professionals, alumni parents and other concerned individuals.
