Larry Carter
Larry received his MHA at George Washington University and has over thirty-five years of experience in health care including over twenty-five years in Mental Health and Education settings. Tenure includes executive responsibilities in acute behavioral health care and residential care. Larry has also had multiple facility responsibilities for two major health care companies. Larry is also currently on the Board of Directors for Logan Regional Hospital.

Lori Connin
Lori has over thirty-five years of experience in the finance, business office, and reimbursement areas. Her expertise is invaluable to our students and their families in exploring funding options. Lori also has a breadth of knowledge encompassing all aspects of residential care.

Mark Petersen
Mark has comprehensive experience in all aspects of direct care in a residential setting. Mark has been working in this field for over twenty-six years and also received his advanced degree from BYU while working in this field.

Jeff Smith
With over twenty-eight years of residential treatment experience, Jeff has worked in almost every aspect of the organization from counselor to administrator. He has a Master’s degree from Brigham Young University and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to LRA.
